Returns

Every piece is made by hand at home, so if something isn't right, we want to hear about it.

If it arrives damaged or faulty

Email us a photo within 30 days and we will repair or replace it. We cover the postage both ways.

If you change your mind

Return it unworn, in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is yours to cover.

How to return

Email chitradesign.th@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address. Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

What we can't take back

Pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
